1. Eligibility To use our services, you must be at least 18 years of age or have express parental or guardian consent. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

2. Account Registration You may be required to create an account to access certain services. 3. Payment and Billing All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated. Payment is due at the time of purchase unless alternate arrangements are explicitly offered. We accept major credit cards and other electronic payment methods as listed at checkout. Subscriptions, if applicable, are billed according to their respective plans.

6. Sample Collection and Testing Clients submitting biological samples for testing are responsible for following all collection instructions provided. Failure to do so may result in sample failure, delays, or data loss. EpiGenesis is not liable for results affected by improper sample collection.

7. Data Use and Privacy We collect, use, and store personal and health-related information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as outlined therein.

8. Intellectual Property All content, trademarks, branding, text, images, videos, and other materials on our websites and services are the intellectual property of EpiGenesis or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, modified, or distributed without our written consent.
