Shipping Coverage
We currently offer free shipping within Canada. International shipping is available and calculated at checkout based on location and delivery method. For any questions about international delivery, please contact our team at support@epigenesisdiagnostics.com.
Processing Times

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after the order is confirmed.

Orders placed after 1:00 PM MST may be processed the following business day.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We use trusted carriers such as Canada Post, Purolator, UPS, DHL and FedEx.

Order Tracking

Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your order is delayed or marked as delivered but not received:

Contact the carrier using your tracking number.

If unresolved, contact our support team at support@epigenesisdiagnostics.com within 7 business days of the expected delivery.

While we are not responsible for carrier delays, we will do our best to assist.
Damaged Shipments
If your package arrives damaged:

Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delivery issues due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Re-shipping fees may apply.
Returns Due to Non-Delivery
If an order is returned due to non-delivery (e.g., unclaimed, incorrect address), we will contact you. Re-shipping charges may apply. Orders unclaimed
after 14 days may be canceled and refunded (minus shipping and handling).
