This Return and Refund Policy applies to all products, services, test kits, subscriptions, and digital offerings provided by Infocare Health Consultants, Inc., doing business as EpiGenesis Diagnostics, ReGenesis, and EDGEFIT (collectively referred to as “we,” “us,” or “our”), including but not limited to:

This Return and Refund Policy is intended to help you understand the terms under which you may be eligible for a replacement, reshipment, or refund in relation to the services and goods we offer, including epigenetic testing kits, diagnostic tools, hormone optimization programs, wellness subscriptions, and longevity-related health products (“Services”).
Please carefully review this Return and Refund Policy alongside our Terms of Service. By purchasing or using any of our Services, you agree to the terms outlined below. If you do not agree with the conditions in this policy or our Terms of Service, you should not proceed with any purchases or service requests.
Terms and Conditions
This policy outlines the terms for returns, replacements, and refunds for test kits purchased directly from the EpiGenesis Diagnostics website. Kits obtained through a clinic, practitioner, or third-party event may be subject to a different return policy, as set by the point of sale.
Refund Eligibility
Once an order has shipped, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds for shipped test kits.

Annual Subscriptions: All subscription purchases are non-refundable.

Third-Party or Event Purchases: Kits purchased through clinics, practitioners, or special events are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise at the time of purchase.
Replacement & Reshipping Policy
EpiGenesis Diagnostics will provide one free replacement kit under the following conditions:

The original kit was lost or damaged in transit before delivery.
After one complimentary replacement, any additional replacement requests may be subject to additional fees.
Failed Sample Policy
We understand that sometimes sample collection doesn’t go as planned. If your sample fails:

Initial Failed Sample: We may issue one replacement kit to allow you to recollect your sample at no additional cost.

Both Samples Fail Due to Lab Error: If both your original and replacement sample fail due to a laboratory issue (i.e., a viable sample cannot be tested despite proper collection), you will be eligible for a full refund, including shipping and transaction fees.
Common reasons for failed samples include:

Insufficient blood or DNA provided.

Sample contamination (e.g., with water or other substances).
-
Damage during collection or transport that compromises sample integrity.
Note: DNA is highly stable. Extreme temperatures (freezing or heat) generally do not impact test viability.
Non-Refundable Circumstances
We do not offer refunds in the following situations:

Dissatisfaction with test results or outcome.

Kits that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery.

Order cancellations requested after the product has shipped.
